Falanghina Dei Feudi Di San Gregorio, 2008

Great recommendation at Delfina’s Pizzeria. Fresh, dry, highly drinkable white that went perfectly with fried Sardines (topped with whole leaf parsley, fried capers & lemon), a carbonara pizza (with egg, scallions and guanciale), and the panna pizza. Dan came by for some fish & wine. April and I finished all the pizza and then crashed.
